uhh, exercise

Evan and I are going strong with the running program. We started week two this morning. I have to run a bit everyday from now on. Last week it was a 15 min walk every other day and then walk 5, run 1, walk 5, run 1, walk 5. This week I have to go a bit farther, .77 mi. I already walk about a mile in 15 min so it's not hard to get the distance. The nike+ sensor is working great. I do my workout then come home and upload them from my iphone to the website through itoons. It shows me my total miles, how far I go each time, and calories burnt. Since I'm doing the program it shows my run for that day against the distance I'm supposed to meet. It also steps through week by week to show me the schedule I need to meet, how much walking and running for each. It's a good motivator for me. The program is shown on a bar graph in blue. My runs go up in orange. It prevents me from letting a day slide and not matching the blue bar. I'm trying to plan little milestones for myself. Such as Katie coming in will mean I've been following the program for a month. I've also joined a 25 mile challenge as well as most miles in 30 days. I don't think I'll win the last one but it's still helps with motivation.
