Making chocolate chip cookies with grandma.
Evan is a potty genius! I brought his potty on vacation with us so we could keep up the routine. He gave me trouble sitting on the potty. He doesn't want to sit on the potty till I get out the ipad. Books aren't doing it for him. So this afternoon dad, ev, grace and I were out on the screened in porch. Ev came over grabbed my hand and said potty or poopy. I asked him if he wanted to go to the potty. He said very cutely, "yes." so we went to the bathroom but he wouldn't sit. So we got the ipad and he sat down and....he pooped! That's the first time he's ever told me. I'm just gonna go ahead and call him potty trained. :)

Our son is so smart. He had a dry diaper after nap time. No accidents today. He pooped in the potty twice. We were at dinner tonight and towards the end Evan said "I have to go pee pee in the potty." I took him and his diaper was mostly dry and then he peed in the potty. We were so amazed. He seems to be picking it up quick. He's also sorting pee pee and poo poo. For a long time he thought everything was called poo poo. I know not the best topic but we're still proud of how well he's doing.
