Lins had her bachelorette party last night. We did classic bachelorette gifts; a sash, tiara, veil, candy bra, a suck for a buck shirt. Which i made. A couple of the girls also made festive cookies and jello jigglers. I made a zebra print inspired fondant cake with a glittery "D" with feathers sticking out of it. And we did a traditional game before heading out to dinner. I took them to Noodles and Co and then we headed to a bar called The Electric Cowboy, in St. Charles. It was actually a lot of fun. The dress code says no tennis shoes or baggy pants. Which I figured meant it was a western bar. As if I couldn't tell from the name. So I got into it and wore my cowboy hat and paddock boots. One of our friends also donned a hat and boots. Another put on a cowboy hat but chickened out. They had a table reserved and we sat around talking and drinking and dancing. It was a fun night. I ended up heading home about 11:00. But they headed to a casino after the bar closed. And didn't go back to the hotel until 4 am. I thought about staying out but when grace woke up for a bottle at five and then Ev woke up at eight, I was glad I made it an early night.
