Starting on an afghan. I bought 10 skeins of this purple and two more of the teal I used to make my scarf a few months ago. I also bought a nice row counter and new hooks with the rest of my birthday money. This has been a great birthday!

Thank god! Evan is in bed. We seemed to have found a pretty effortless way to get him to go to bed. We tried shutting the bedroom door for two minutes last night every time he got out of bed. But he ended up crying for two and a half hours. He didn't go to bed till 10 or so. Tonight we just picked him up, didn't interact and put him in bed and left. I think we put him in bed a couple times a piece and he wasn't upset just stayed in bed and went to sleep.
