My running medal for my first digital 5k came in today!! Ted and I are colaborating on a walnut running board to hold the bib numbers and medals but this seems like a good spot for now.

Karate belt cetemony.

The kids got their new belts last night. They are now green belts with a black stripe.

I ran my first 5k in 5 yrs. Ray and I are signed up for the color run again this April. I wanted to get some practice runs in to make sure I can still do it. I found a website that does virtual runs with Harry Potter and Doctor Who themed events and medals. You can run them any where, any time you want. And they send you the medal for the event and then donate to the charity they chose to partner with for that event. The kids had Karate so I decided to try and see how it went while they were in class tonight. I not only did it but ran the whole way! Grace wanted to take my picture when I told them after class. Not my best pic but it mark's the event. :)
