Ray put in the coin door. It's coming along. Now I just need to finish painting the pac-man design.

My cousin's daughter had a roller skating party this afternoon. The kids had a good time. They still need a lot of practice but they were falling less by the end of the party. Evan said he had learned a lot. Ray and Wessie even skated for a little while. Unfortunately we didn't get any pictures of them but I'm sure we'll have a chance next time.

Oh and she got her first badge! She was really happy about that too.

Gracie had her first Brownie meeting this afternoon. She was so excited and she had a lot of fun. She said she wants to wear the vest again tomorrow.

We took the kids to the Semo fair today! They had so much fun!

The kids decided their stuff animals needed matching capes. I couldn't get Ev to sit still for a pic. I'll have to try to add his later.

We took the kids to Game Night, a board/card game store. We picked up a couple of new games to play with the big kids. Wes did really well and left the game pieces alone most of the time while we finished Pandemic and then played Muchkin this afternoon. And then we put Wes to bed and played Katan junior with the big kids and broke out snacks tonight. It was a lot of fun. The kids are really growing up. Usually they dissolve into a mess because they get bored or Wes drives us crazy trying to take the pieces. Evan and Grace stuck with us the whole time which was really amazing because all of the games were new and fairly complicated starting out. Ray and I hope to continue playing with the big kids on the weekends after Wes heads to bed. And we have a lot of new games on the list. We figure maybe one new one a month, to keep everyone interested.
