A Wesley Spencer original!

Yay! Wes's room is finished! Ray put the baseboards in today. Now we just need the threshold for the doorway. But Wes's room is back to normal. And it looks great!

Wes was a little happier about his room by bedtime. Ray was able to get enough done so that we could put the matresses back in for the night and not have to displace Wessie. It's looking great! I can't wait until it's done! And it already smells so much better up there!

The underlayment and first bit of flooring is laid. It should start moving faster now.

The kids got their own banana phones today. :)

Wes is not happy about the state of his room. He keeps telling Ray that he broke his room and then he cries. We told him it will be back to normal soon.

Ray has started work on the wood floor in Wes's room. He already tore out the carpet. Hopefully it will be done by tonight, if not at least we have the weekend. It will be so nice to be rid of the majority of the cat pee smell up stairs.

Semi surprise visit from my family.

The arcade cabinet is looking great! Our marquee came in today.

We've been using the instant pot a ton. We've made applesauce, pasta, chicken and dumplings, and omlet/ egg casserole.

Hooray for the Instant Pot! The kids and I decided to make appplsauce for our first experiment. Next, Indian food or chik'n and dumplings.
