Paducah quilt show with my mom!!

I scored a signed copy of a book I've been waiting to come out for the last year!!

I finished the top for the quilt kit Ray bought me. This will be the first one I get to quilt on my new quilting frame. I'm a little nervous. I'll have to play around with some scrap fabric first.

I took the kids to the barracks for a walk yesterday.

We've been Purpled! Hopefully it will help with my back pain and Ray's shoulder pain. Our old mattress was 13 to 15 years old. It was definitely time for a new one. They delivered this to the door and we unrolled it on the bed and cut the vacume seal and it puffed right up. It was really cool.

My awesome husband built my machine quilt frame today. It turned out great and saved so much money. It was the only way I was getting a long arm. They cost like $20,000 including the machine. This way I can use the machine I got for christmas. I am so excited! I can't wait to use it. Now I just have to finish the quilt I'm working on. Oh and a bonus, we can can still store the kids toys under it.

Look who I ran into, Angela Walters! She was really nice and gave Grace and I hugs.

Winding up the trip. Stopping by my favorite online quilter's quiltshop before heading home. Hopefully she'll be available for a quick pic!
