Decorating for Christmas.

Happy thanksgiving! Our first one at home.

We added some colored lights this year. One of the strands was half burned out and Ray has wanted color for a while. So we decided to change some of them out every year until they're all colored lights. Apparently the kids were secretly hoping for something a little more exciting too.

I ordered the new Harry Potter for the kids (and me). We started reading it tonight. Evan and I took turns reading while Grace listened. I figured Evan will be more willing to read with pictures. I tried reading the original one to them last year but it didn't hold their attention. The illustrations in the new version are really nice.

Wes has started pushing his butt up with his legs when on his stomach. He'll be crawling before we know it.

I think we've got Wes on a good schedule. I feed him about nine and then put him in his bed for the night. He might fuss just a little but goes right to sleep. He's gotten up a few nights and slept all night a few nights. Hopefully now that he's not sick he'll stop waking up in the middle of the night. Although he's in a growth spurt right now. He's out growing his clothes. So he might need that extra bottle at night right now. I can't complain though he drinks his bottle quick and goes right back to sleep for the rest of the night. He's a great baby! :)
