In preparation for New Year's Eve I made chinese food and then we watched Batman and Robin with the kids. The kids wanted me to lay on the floor with them in between their sleeping bags and we cuddled up under a blanket. It's nice way to wait for the ball to drop.

Grace is starting preschool in January! The school called today and said a spot opened up at Evan's school and it will give her a head start next fall for afternoon preschool. So even though we would rather wait it will be good for her to have something to do. She's ready. I told her about it and she's really excited.
