Ray and the kids and I swam in the pool this afternoon. We took Grace's floaties off and I had her swim back and forth from me to the ledge. And Ray took Evan to the 4' area and had him swim back and forth from him to the wall. They both start swim lessons in the morning. But they have come a long way from where they were last year. After dinner we took a jog/walk around the neighborhood. The kids did great. They ran about half way and didn't whine at all. They were rewarded with Popsicles when we got home.
