Finished path! Way to go ray! The poor guy was outside in the cold all afternoon yesterday.

This is what Evan does when ray is trying to sleep.

The new tree is up. We had to put it downstairs in the theater room this year. We figured Evan would drive us crazy for the next month if we didn't. This way I can also wrap presents and put them out instead of doing it last minute. It turned out really nice.

Evan can say nose and ears and tur-key.

Ray and Ted started a pathway to the shed. It's supposed to rain so they could only do what they had tarp for. It's about halfway done now. It looks really good so far. Thank you! I'll put a pic up of the finished product.

Ray and Ted filled in the pond so the kiddos will be safe to play in the back yard. I'm going to move all the plants from the "garden on the other side of the yard in the spring to fill in the space.

New Christmas tree, alright! We'll be putting it up on Friday.

Sometimes babies need to stretch too.

Grace is doing summersaults today. Not very comfortable. At least she's having fun.

I've been a bad mommy to Grace. I haven't taken very many preggy pictures this time. So here's one. I'm 33 weeks. Almost 34, which is 8 1/2 months!

Alright, Evan's crib is in his new room. We'll see if he sleeps in it tonight.

Ray's been busy this weekend fixing stuff around the house. He replaced the motion sensor on the light out back. He put new weather stripping in the side door. He put up a fan/light in evan's room. He patched holes in the walls. I decorated grace's room and helped repaint the patches. I also managed to hurt myself in the process moving stuff around. My sciatic nerve started hurting on the left side this past week. It was annoying but manageable. Today while trying to scoot a chair I really messed it up. I couldn't move. I had to call ray in to help me to the couch. He had to lift my leg while I hopped on the other leg. I called my mom to come up early and help out(she was already coming up Tuesday to help with Evan). I have an OB apt tomorrow morning. I don't think I'd be able to walk in never mind managing Evan while at the doctor.

Donuts!

More pics of evan's room. We tried to get him to sleep in his new bed in his new room last night. It didn't work. He was ok for five minutes. Then he kept getting out of bed. He wanted to walk around with his pillow. So I took it and put it in the chair. He got out of bed and grabbed the pillow. Then he got up and started playing with his highchair that was sitting on the floor. So he slept in his crib in his old room last night.

Evan's wall decals came in today. They look amazing! I also got little stickers with them that I stuck on the door. I think I'm going to repaint his letters with a comic book them and hang them above the stickers on his door. Ray and I are probably going to move his crib into his room this weekend and let him start sleeping in there. He's a big boy now. I bet ray's going to be jealous of his room.

Just a November day. We have the windows open and the attic fan on.

New curtains for Evan! They look better in person. The lighting in there still needs to be replaced.

I made a changing pad cover to match grace's blanket.

Evan has learned some new words this week. He says "go" while running around the living room or when he wants to leave. He also knows what cheese is. He was standing in front of me looking in my parents fridge and said "cheese" and reached in and pulled out three pieces. While we were at Ted and Donna's over the weekend he kept running towards the fireplace where a fire was going. We kept yelling "no hot!" On Sunday when we went to pick up Katie and Beth, Evan said "hot" as he ran towards the fireplace. This morning after brushing his teeth Evan was looking at himself in the mirror. He waved and said something really close to "bye bye" a couple of times.

Ray, Ev, & I went to cape for Annabelle's 90th birthday. Katie and beth flew in and rode down with us. It was a fun but exhausting weekend. A lot of Ray's relatives came in for the party. We met some of them for dinner Friday night at El torerros. Then we went back to Annabelle's place and sat and talked. On Saturday Ted and Donna threw her a big party. They provided lunch and had a beautiful cake with fall flowers and a blue bird on top. Ted made a slideshow of pictures of Annabelle's life so far. Everyone had a good time. After the party will went back to St. Louis to get ready for his work trip to Paris. Ray, Ev, Katie, Beth and I went back to Ted and Donna's. We stayed in and had pizza and more cake. We drove back this morning.

We just ordered super hero wall decals for Evan's room! We changed our minds again. Evan is getting the room off the deck. We bought cellular cordless blinds for his room today. Our plan is to move Evan's crib into his new room so he can get used to it and then we'll switch him to the toddler bed. And Grace will take over Evan's current room since it's already set up for a baby. I'll post pictures once we get their rooms decorated.

I made grace a blanket. My sister made a blue dinosaur fringe blanket for evan and he sleeps with it every night and half the time wants to bring it with him after he gets up. So I thought it would be nice for her to have one two.
