Grace is moving around a lot lately. I think she's running out of room in there. Only two months left. This pregnancy is going quick. Ray's mom took us on a little shopping spree today. We got ev a space saver highchair. It's a lot like a booster but you can use it from birth into toddlerhood. I told ray I'm gonna get one for grace and get rid of our big highchair. It would take a lot less space to have both kids in regular chairs. We also got another changing pad and cover. And we got a cute fleece winter outfit for Ev and grace. Oh and a sling to carry grace around in since I'll need my hands free with two itty bitties running around. Oh and ev got a three piece spiderman jammie set too.

Evan's Sunday; the park and a hayride at the pumpkin patch.

Alright we have an induction date. Grace will hopefully be here before the end of the night on December 27th! Mark it on your calendars. I start seeing the doctor every two weeks from now on. We have our final ultrasound on December 6th. Everything is going good. My sugar test was normal and apparently my belly is growing well. The baby's heart beat sounds good. My mom got to hear it for the first time today. She went with me to keep track of Evan.

My dad and Ray have been really busy the last two days doing renovations to the house. They weather proofed the door to the deck. They rebuilt our deck steps because they were all rotted out. And they extended the fencing in the back so that it includes the door in the carport. Our plan was to put Evan in the room of the deck. So we don't want the dogs coming in that door anymore. We also set up the toddler bed that Ted and Donna gave us. Evan loves it. We put his spiderman bedding on it (ray wouldn't let me wait till Christmas.) Although while mom and I were trying to set up ev's new room we couldn't get it to look all that great. And then ray said "you know we should take that room. It's right off the deck with big windows. So we decided to let Evan stay in his room and switch his bed to the toddler bed. And then when grace is about four months we'll move into the smaller room and set our bedroom up for grace. That way both the kids are in the back of the house where it's quieter.

Evan has his first play date with Mathew across the street. It went good. We took the kids to the park and they played for at least an hour. Evan had lots of fun. He and Matthew threw mulch up in the air and laughed and then the three of us laid on the ground and watched they wind blow the leaves around on the tree we were under. This was initiated by Ev. Super cute! Devin, Matthew's mom, and I didn't get to talk much because I was chasing after the kids and she was taking care of her three month old. So we agreed next week we're going to meet at one of our houses so we don't have to worry about the kids. Evan was also invited to Matthew's 3rd b-day party.

So Evan has been pointing to his ears, eyes, nose, hair, and he will stick out his tongue. The last week or so he also will hold out his feet for toes and he touches his fingers with his other fingers. So today we were sitting on the couch. He was sitting on the top of the couch in the window. So he reaches over, touches my nose and says "nose". Then he touched my eye and said "eyes". I was totally impressed. He's a genius. It's nice to know he's paying attention to us. He's also said fish a few times. He'll be making sentences by Christmas! :)

I've also been needlepointing a stocking for Grace. It's almost done!

My second attempt at an iPad case for Ray. This one turned out great, luckily.

Finally clean clothes. We used the normal cycle which took 55 min but from now on we'll be using speed wash. It only takes like 26 min. Also the dryer has a sensor dry option so it should only take 40 min. I used to set it for like 70. Hopefully this will save me lots of time. Ray and I sat and watched the washer run for a little while.

Happy birthday my love!

So our dryer's heating element went out on Sunday. Laundry day is Monday. So we went out and started looking for a new dryer. We found one at the sears outlet but it was a silvery tan color. It looked nice but would have been hard to match when the washer goes out. So we went to best buy because ray's friend just got a good deal on washer and dryer. I would have liked a red dryer but they charge $200 just for the color. We agreed that was silly. We found a reasonably priced white one. So ray set it up to be delivered while I chased after Evan. Ray decided that we should go ahead and get the matching washer while we were there. I said sure babe if that's what you want. :) I've been wanting a new one for awhile. The one we have has an agitator and it tears up our quilts every time. So I'm ecstatic to have a new washer and dryer. Although since we got both they pushed the delivery day to Thursday. Not a huge deal but ev has had diarrhea for the last week or so. It makes it really difficult. I took him to the doctor yesterday and she said he probably has a bug. We're giving him Gatorade and easy to digest foods. So far no poop today. I don't know if that's good or not.
