Ray, Evan, and I had lunch at Schlafly's and then hit Froyo. It was perfect. We also went for a walk to blockbuster tonight. There was a nice breeze and it was nice to get out and talk to each other while getting a little exercise.

This might look bad to Ryan but I have a prenatal massage scheduled for Saturday! My back has been hurting lately on the left side. My OB said it's probably from carrying Evan and suggested a massage. So I came home and told ray that the doctor prescribed massage. He reminded me I still had a gift card and told me to go for it. So Saturday I will be getting an hour long one.

Four month doctor appointment

Not a very long one. She listened to the heartbeat and said it sounded great. I have an ultrasound next month on the 18th. Cross your fingers for a girl!
